EFFECTIVE AND CONVENIENT
One hour long Mat Pilates classes via Zoom on Mondays and Fridays at 9 am BST.
No previous experience is required, just a moderately healthy body.
I offer plenty of modifications, adaptations and progressions to make the sessions doable and fun to all the participants.
We use small props like elastic bands, hand weights, mini ball and rings but all equipment can be substituted with household items.
