FLOW

Pilates exercises are performed in a gracious and flowing manner. It takes time and practice to achieve and it is a goal we all strive to achieve, in different ways, with different results. Don't be put off, I don't come from the ballet or gymnastics background but from fitness therefore this will be my forever goal, and it is fine! Flowing means also taking the energy from the powerhouse and have it flow through your body when you perform the exercise keeping the integrity of all the other principles. All my Pilates and Personal Training sessions are planned to create a flow that will work your entire body in an harmonious way.
