Pilates is no quick fix, it is a journey that requires trust, a continued discovery. It can help you reach multiple goals, postural control, body awareness, injury healing and general body toning. It needs patience and integrity to its principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow.

Twice a week via Zoom, on Mondays and Fridays at 9 am BST. Online classes are convenient and perfectly suited to busy clients. The class size is small so that you can receive all the attention that you deserve. Learn more about my classes.

DESIGNED FOR YOU
Individual Reformer Pilates sessions using the a Balanced Body Allegro Reformer machine. After establishing your unique fitness goals, the sessions will be designed specifically for you.
The Reformer adds another layer to the Matwork exercises it is great both for beginners and for the most advanced athletes due to its incredible versatility.
PROGRAMMED AROUND YOU
These sessions are uniquely created to suit the individual needs of the client. Goals are set at the first assessment and they are progressively revisited to adapt the workout. A variety of equipment is used, hand weights, kettlebells, suspension trainer, Bosu® ball and fit ball to name a few.

After many years spent working in the corporate environment, I decided to turn my natural inclination for fitness and a healthy lifestyle into a new career.
I am Italian, I have two daughters and an amazing husband whose career brought us to live in New York City and in London, a city that I love and I call home.
My teaching is driven by passion and enthusiasm and I aim to inspire people to move in order to feel good.
Both my small group classes and my personal training sessions focus on safety, functionality, posture, alignment and meaningful breathing. My sessions are challenging and yet available to majority of people. I layer each exercise providing , modifications, adaptations and progressions
I believe in the power of hands on correction and, over the years, I developed clear cues that allow for minimal demonstration and maximum observation.
