DESIGNED FOR YOU
Individual Reformer sessions using the versatile Aropilates® machine. The machine has bouncy cords to enhance the workout and deliver the perfect level of challenge in a safe and effective manner. This machines has also a trampoline board to add some cardiovascular workout and the perfect level of sweat despite being gentle on the joints. A pull up bar, a box and the pilates pole make it the perfect piece of equipment for a full body workout. The sessions can be targeted to any goals you have in mind. I have a GP referral diploma and I am very happy to liaise with your specialist in order to build the most safe and effective workout for you.
PROGRAMMED AROUND YOU
These sessions are uniquely created to suit the individual needs of the clients. Goals are set at the first assessment and they are progressively revisited to adapt the workout. A variety of equipment is used, hand weights, kettlebells, suspension trainer, Bosu® ball and fit ball to name a few. These session are extremely versatile and can take place where it suits you better. In the coziness of my home or conveniently at yours (RBKC only), in my gorgeous garden or at a local park ( restrictions may apply). I started my business for passion and I consider myself a very lucky person. I am a mother of two great girls and I love exercising. Both my personal training sessions and my Pilates classes aim to teach my clients to love movement in first instance. I do that through my knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics but also through empathy and smiles. I don't believe in quick transformations or bikini bodies, I think that exercising should be a lifestyle not a trend or a life phase. We exercise to be able to move efficiently, to prevent injuries, to feel happier, to age better and much more.
Pilates is my passion, I've been teaching it for the past five years and I consider Pilates the basis of every movement I do. The principles of the Classic Pilates discipline apply to any movement and sport because, as Joseph Pilates says, "The Pilates Method teaches you to be in control of your body, and not at its mercy".
